With some of the CLI llm interfaces surely it wouldn’t be that difficult to give it its own account that has access the the repo? (No clue how they built those lol)
that is for sure what they should do - git probably needs to be extended to have signing for agents etc
could you automate the sign in command when gemini cli spins up so it's on a separate git account? Could be a quick and dirty solution?
