We’re hiring for senior+ software engineers who have worked at high-growth software companies and are excited about a well-funded, high-growth opportunity in the AI x Insurance space.

Requirements:
- Strong independence and used to making informed architecture decisions, balancing shipping speed with quality and craft
- Willingness to work directly with customers (including travel) and dig into product when needed
- Tech stack: no strong preference on language experience. Our stack is full stack Typescript with Postgres, Temporal, and Google Cloud on the backend
- Strong AI experienced preferred (prompting, evals, building for reliability etc)
